To cancel or modify your order, contact our customer support team within 2 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to assist; however, once production begins, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Our support team will review your request and provide guidance based on your specific situation.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• Brief description of the reason for return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide next steps.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the correct return address. Do not return items to the address on the original package.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Return shipping costs and refund eligibility will be determined based on the nature of your request.

In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or courtesy refund without requiring the item to be returned.

We will provide a full refund for the following issues:

• Missing items from your order
• Incorrect item received
• Production defects or printing errors
• Damage caused during shipping
• Items returned to sender by the carrier without explanation

Manufacturing & Display Notice: Minor variations in color, print placement, or measurements may occur due to screen displays and manual production. These do not qualify as defects.
